My favourite go-to exercise is running 🏃 followed by yoga🧘

Running is something that just boosts up my energy and gives me a push to start my day with a fresh and energetic mind. And a combo of running followed by Yoga is a complete package and kick start to your day with running energizing your mind and Yoga clearing your mind and making you think straight and clear for your upcoming day!
