My favourite go to exercise

Yoga has been my favourite exercise routine, it's not just exercise for the body, it has helped me deal with mental health, anxiety & depression. It's have taught me lot of patience, made it easy to handle anger and bought emotional stability within myself. It has helped me built that connection within myself, I have learnt to be compassionate towards myself and all the people around me. I'm so grateful that I found yoga & so happy to be teaching it.
