FIRST BRING BALANCE WITH YOGA TRY THESE TWO POSTURES INITIALLY: 1.Tree Posture ( Vrikshasana) 2.Chair Pose ( Utkatasana) Hold the Posture for 5-6 breath. Try with wall support :)
