First crop of cherry tomatoes 🍅 from my garden

Cherry tomatoes are small but nutrient dense fruits. They differ from other tomato varieties because of their tiny size.🍅 They are low in calories but high in fiber, vitamins A and C, and carotenoid antioxidants such as lutein, lycopene, and beta carotene. Lutein has anti - inflammatory properties which protect the eye function & brain health.The lycopene gives tomatoes their deep red hue and may help reduce the risk of heart disease. Due to their vitamin C content, they help absorb iron in the body. So, add a few to an iron- rich dish to stir up the blood volume ! Note : due to their acidic nature, too much consumption might cause acid reflux, so do not over use 🙂🙂
