Easiest method to get started on this habit:
1. Walk 15 minutes post lunch and dinner.
2. Walk 15 minutes in the morning.
Once you ace this, make progressive increase in the time that you’re walking for.

15 mins walk, has resulted in approx 1,300 steps for me.
Doing post meal walks for 15 mins can add 2,500 steps easily. Shall pick it up. Thanks for the suggestion @Abhilasha Sharma
