Yesterday's pose 🦋 🌟

This is one of my favourite ones. I always cool down with this pose. A deep stretch to the thighs & back if you're leaning down. Also I like the name🤭 Further tagging @Suma @pranavi @Udit Bhatia to try this out. If the muscles are tightening try making a barfi 🔷 shape with your legs. This picture also my mum took😍
