Embarassed and fed up of belching and flatulence all the time? Try these 5 tips to reduce gas formation. 1. Avoid aerated beverages and stop using a straw to drink any liquid as that leads to swallowing more air.π₯€ 2. Stop chewing gum which again causes lot of gas swallowing. 3. Avoid eating raw vegetables, bran and whole legumes as sometimes they get fermented and produce a lot of gas.π₯π₯¬π« 4. Chew slowly and mindfully, do not eat food quickly and while being distracted eg. while using phone or while watching tv. Chewing food properly ensures good digestion.π±π» 5.
