Embarassed and fed up of belching and flatulence all the time? Try these 5 tips to reduce gas formation. 1. Avoid aerated beverages and stop using a straw to drink any liquid as that leads to swallowing more air.πŸ₯€ 2. Stop chewing gum which again causes lot of gas swallowing. 3.
