There is so much info on managing PCOS out there, but what worked for me was doing the simple basic things 1. Eat a high fiber, high protein diet. Include more of fresh foods rather than packed ones and eat small frequent meals. 2. Eat simple carbs and whole grains like jowar, bajra and ragi. They help in managing the blood sugars better. 3. Say a big NO to sugar and foods containing sugar. 4. PCOS is an inflammatory syndrome and requires anti-inflammatory foods like ginger, garlic , cinnamon, turmeric, green tea. 5. Last but not the least, do not let it overwhelm you, stay calm and positive through the journey😇
