Today’s Lunch bowl.

Cabbage cooked in coconut milk + Quinoa with curd and cucumber. Quick, easy, tasty. 🍽️ One of the most common reasons why we derail from our health journey is the busy schedule/ lack of time. Meal prep is the solution to this. I batch cook my quinoa, and that helps me save so much time. This cabbage coconut sabzi took 10 minutes to cook and my meal was ready in a total of 15 minutes.
