Weight management has one simple golden rule- 1. If you want to do weightloss, eat more fiber and control carbs 2. If you want to gain weight, eat more carbs and calorie dense foods 3. Keep quality proteins and good fats a constant part of your diet for good metabolism

@Veer Hi veer First its important to address hyperthyroidism and start with medications if you have not already. Lean proteins like eggs chicken fish, dals, skim curd, paneer, whole pulse should be taken for healthy weight gain. Also including nuts and seeds for good fats will be a good option. Take more of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also weight training will help gain muscle and help gain weight.
