Meditation Myth: It's a religious activity. Limited to specific religions.

#Meditation is #religious. (It's like saying โ€œRunningโ€ is religious) One of the most common misconceptions about meditation is that it's somehow connected to religion. The truth is, meditation is a secular practice that can be used by anyone, regardless of their belief system. While some people do use meditation as part of their spiritual practice, you don't need to be religious or spiritual to benefit from its many benefits. It's like an exercise, which cannot be attributed to one religion, just because that specific religion is promoting it. Running will benefit any and everyone who engages in it, in the same manner, meditation will benefit irrespective of your religious orientation.
