Step up your protein !!

Use this home made protein powder & safely up your building blocks Take.... 100 grams almonds ( lightly roasted) 100 grams pista( lightly roasted) 100 grams cashew( lightly roasted) 100 grams walnut( lightly roasted) 50 grams white sesame seeds 50 grams sunflower seeds( lightly roasted) 50 grams white pumpkin seeds( lightly roasted) 50 grams watercress seeds 50 grams chia seeds 50 grams saunf 20 grams green cardamom Grind all the ingredients into a fine powder; mix together & store in an air tight bottle. Take a tsp, both, morning & evening ....
