What do I do before going to bed?

Thank you @Dr Shweta Rao for tagging me. I do some basic stuff which will help me stay away from screen and help me prepare for a good night sleep. 1. Spend some 10-15min of quality time with my family just to check on how was their day. 2. I plan the meals for next day, do some necessary prep for it. 3. I give my face a nice and relaxing massage with coconut oil. 4. I put on some soothing music and go for a body scan which then leads me into deep sleep. Yes.....I don't follow any certain routine but like to freshen up before going to bed.sometime I put light music if I don't get sleep.....

Hi @Sharvani Upadhye, Thanks for tagging me. I have a very simple routine, I wash my face as that is very refreshing and relaxing, then go to my bed and call my best friend and talk to her untill i doze off. The most relaxing thing for me is talking to her which gives me the best sleep
