Why were the guests, first served with curd and then the main course?! Well, because curd was more 'cultured' 😜

Hello beautiful Shyft community 😍 I think the diet industry has the habit of putting some amazing and beautiful foods under the wrong spot light from time to time. Unfortunately, this time they have managed to do so with my dear curd 🥲 Well I am here to put all that away, so hear me out 📣 Allegations - Curd causes cold and cough should be avoided in winters and in the night It is responsible for weak bones and skin allergies, avoid it as much as you can. It causes acidity and ruins gut health. Actual facts- NO curd does not cause any cold and cough. Just make sure to consume at room temperature and it should not be sour. P.s. if these conditions are taken care of you can have it in any season of the year and during any time of the day. Again, NO they do not cause skin rashes, weak bone or poor gut in fact they are the keepers of your gut, bone and skin health. P.s. The only time you should avoid curd is when you are allergic to it.
