Squats during pregnancy
I'm in my 34th week doctor suggested me to do squats. how to do it and how many times a day
If you have not been doing squats previously, it is suggested that you begin by simply sitting on a chair and with the support of any object on the sides getting up to standing. As you progress you can do the same practice without the support of the chair. It is important to note that during squatting practice, (a) Knee does not overshoot the toes (b) Chest is as upright as possible (c) Engaging the thighs and glutes rather than abdomen (d) Breath continously throughout the practice
