Yoga for prenatal

I’ve been practicing yoga for a while, can I continue taking my regular classes or should I switch to prenatal because I am pregnant?

Yes, it is important to switch to prenatal yoga classes as the approach and goals are drastically different for both general Yoga class and a prenatal Yoga class. A prenatal Yoga class is designed keeping a pregnat woman's body into account and the changes that she goes through during the entire duration of pregnancy. These classes contain practices that help enhance nutrition supply to the baby as well as, benefit the mother in terms of preparing the body for all changes to come during the second trimester and preparing for labor during the thrid trimester
