Hobbies keeps the doldrums away

Breaking from the daily dull routine physically and mentally hobbies have proved to have a huge mental benefits. It keeps your mind engaged, they reduce stress, improves feelings of anxiety and depression. My hobby, driving and travelling keeps me busy during leisure. It is my best way to utilise my free time .
