Bridge pose with prop( yoga block ) for support as well as to go deep into the posture. It helps in strengthening the entire back . Releases stiffness from upper back while expanding the chest improving the breathing capacity. Thanks @Vasantha lakshmi and @Dr Shweta Rao for tagging me 🌼
