Fermented breakfast

Is it good to start your day with fermented breakfast such as dosa, idli, Mangalore buns? @Sonali Sachdeva I personally love them all and my gut is happier than ever. I love Mangalore buns too 😍 Since they are fried & sweet, though, it's best to enjoy them moderately so that we can relish them forever !! πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ Idlis, dosas, uttapam with yummy coconut chutney are some of my favorites also !! πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ If your body is used to & comfortable with the fermented breakfast, you should surely continue with it. However, opt to take a fruit or soaked dry fruit to start the day. Avoid a fermented food empty stomach
