That's really COOL, Divya. Watermelon is one my favorites too. And, the good thing is that it is a hydrating food item, containing 90% water. It is rich in antioxidants. It is a healthy, low calorie filler food. Do try taking the fruit with its fiber. It will help you stay fuller, longer ! Even if you have it's juice, try not to strain it 🙂
