Steps to follow: 1) Lie down comfortably on a mat, bringing your legs, hands, toes, palms closer to your body. 2) Tighten the whole body from toes to the head. Tighten.... tighten....tighten...... Release and relax. 3) Legs, arms and palms going apart. Let the whole body sink down. Enjoy the relaxation ☺️
