@Deepali yes, it is a great backup for someone with cartilage & meniscus damage. Collagen supplements, in powder or liquid form are suggested when dietary sources are insufficient. There are several brands available in the market, what you should takes depends on the situation or medical condition for which it is being suggested. Though these supplements are available over the counter, it is best to speak to your doctor or nutritionist before starting them. Always, look into your diet composition first, make suitable additions to it before walking any other path.
