@Arashdeep thank you for tagging. My favourite high intensity workout is deadlift practices! This was my 10th set of weight 50kg! It burns my core 🔥 perfect way to tone the body ! Deadlifts stimulate multiple joints, and muscle groups, stabilizing muscles, developing functional strength, and improving mobility. they also burn more calories and more body fat as compared to other exercise movements. With the proper form, the deadlift can add a ton of performance and health benefits
