Legs workout and post workout meal

Start with Legs stretching exercises then πŸ‘‡ 1. Legs raises 3*10 2. Squats 4 * 10 3. Legs curls 3 * 10 4. Calves exercises at squat machine using stepper (Beginners can do at smith machine) Shoulder exercises Start with stretching again then πŸ‘‡ 1. Side lateral raises 3 * 12 2. Overhead presses 3 * 10 3. Arnold presses 3 * 10 Ended with a few stretching exercises taught by my yoga trainer @Pritika Kamal Post workout Meal (all grilled) 150gm grilled chicken chest, 100gm mushrooms, carrots, beans, asparagus, baby potatoes (3-4) PS: Vegetarians can replace chicken with Tofu/cottage cheese. I do not put salt at all , but can be added a little for taste (try pink salt), black and green pepper..
