How & where should I begin ? Will I be able to reach my goals ?? πŸ€”πŸ€”

Making a change needs courage & will power. It's a thin line between yes, I can do it, I will try & no, it seems too tough. What personally works for me is setting short term goals & writing down the long term ones. Then, I break up the short term goals into small baby steps πŸ‘£. As I accomplish this day after day, I feel motivated & encouraged to take the next step. In this way, I have tried setting up many aspects of my life's routine whether it be exercise πŸ§Žβ€β™€οΈor diet πŸ₯—or me time πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ¨....all things that actually matter to keep me going. There are days of struggle, but I will not give up. To all those out there fighting a similar battle, let's keep going, let's keep challenging & we will surely reach our goals one day , whatever they are !! The journey is long for some & shorter for others, but each one has a unique story to write. Success will surely follow πŸ˜‡πŸ€πŸ€
