“Sharing is caring” speak up, share , you could be someone’s guide to survival

"what do you do?" is a question we're all asked so often. Like most people I used to always talk about my designation at work. (And that became my only identity) Today I speak about being a parent, a mental health advocate, an emotion code healer, a fitness, pole and belly dance enthusiast, an investor and about my profession. To the outside world I always looked like this perfect person, who had it all together. No one could tell how much I was struggling inside. I would keep myself busy at work, so I didn't have the time for anything else. I was regular with my workouts and the temporary endorphin rush would make me feel like everything was ok. Until one day it wasn't. I had an anxiety attack and that changed my world; it forced me to look deep inside. Its been 6 years to that day and i couldn't be more grateful that it happened. I’m looking forward to sharing my journey here and i want to do so because i wish someone did that when I was in it. Love, Light and Peace to All
