Thanks for the tag @Rajan ! Your plate looks awesome & filled with antioxidants and fibers. Only tip here will be to add a bowl of protein as well. Maybe some curd or dal, or a beetroot cucumber raita with the ingredients already available. Or adding some paneer/sprouts/soy in your veggies.
