We have meditation practices in our Shyft app or attend trial class for easy meditation..
Thanks Bindu.....currently I use deep breathing to manage anxiety .....but it is effective only for mild anxieties.....any yoga asan we can follow during high anxiety which gives instant relief and also controls BP shooting up....
@Dilraj you can include in your daily practice like supported child's pose, half forward fold, bhramari pranayama.
Whenever you are in anxiety try to close your eyes and inhale through the nose & exhale through your mouth.
I would suggest you to learn these postures & pranayama from expertise before you try out by yourself :)
