Make a daily habit of taking 10 conscious long deep belly breaths . . . . . Do this as many times as needed throughout the day, or you can try starting with at least 3 times in a day. As a beginner, practice this simple breathing exercise daily to strengthen the mind body connection, to strengthen the nervous system, boost your mood, to clear the mind, and reduce distractions with more ease, increasing mental resilience.
