Stretches can be done in the office on a chair

Holding the backrest of the chair and pushing the body slightly forward is a great way to get rid of shoulder stiffness and stretch out the chest muscles. This will help you to breathe freely and will increase the mobility of the shoulder joint. Please practice as per your own body capacity.
