Keeping yourself hydrated is very essential! So make a goal to have 2-3 litres of water everyday. We all feel that we take sufficient intake of water but most of the time it's not like that. So keep a track of your water intake. Tips💁 💧Buy a stylish bottle first😬😉 💧Keep a count of your number of litres. 💧You can set times like till 11am you will be completing your first litre of water intake. 💧Set your goals and aim to achieve that on daily basis. 💧You can infuse the water with lemon slices/ cucumber slices/ mint leaves or anything you like!
