Yes, you can eat any fruit, just make sure it's not over-ripened and consume it in combination with a fistful of nuts/ seeds/ curd. Combining a source of complex carb with fat/ protein/ fiber helps in improving overall glycaemic response.

No Madhav just make sure to have it with a fistful of nuts so 1 katori of diced mangoes with say 10-15 pistachios or 6-7 walnuts or 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds!!!!
