Cruciferous vegetables includes veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, red cabbage !! Make sure to consume it in cooked form (as heat destroys goitrogens )and limit it's intake to one serving once or twice in a week. Similarly limit consumption of soy and soy products and bajra to once or twice a day. You need not eliminate these foods from your diet entirely but consuming them in moderation is absolutely safe.
