Giving into cravings

Should you give into cravings or control it ? Should you feel guilty later or just enjoy and move on ? Well here is what I do! I enjoy a cheat meal once in a while, like you can see my cravings are usually for spicy chaat and staying in mumbai there are always plenty of options to choose from ! Once the cheat meal is done, I move onto my healthy eating habits without any guilt. 😎 What are your cheat meal cravings and how do you deal with them ? πŸ˜‡
