@Charmi Hi Charmi! Thanks for the tag. If you're steaming the sprouts before taking them then these can be taken anytime of the day without any difficulties, unless someone's gut issues get triggered with even steamed sprouts. Though avoiding raw sprouts during dinner is usually advised. If you're able to digest raw sprouts well, taking them in breakfast, snacks, lunch even in dinner anything is possible. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tag Charmi. Sprouts, as you mentioned are considered a powerhouse of nutrients. So, they are great filler foods too. Take it in between breakfast & lunch or lunch & dinner,to fill the gaps with a healthy choice. As mentioned by Asmita, steam them so that they are easier to digest 🙂
