I was finding it very difficult to drink one full glass of water in one go. And becasue of that my water intake was quite low. Then a friend gave me this idea and it has been working well for me. I carry this water flask everywhere I go. And I keep sipping from it every few minutes, when I get bored or if I get a coffee craving. It keeps me hydrated and helps minimize "boredom" or "stress" eating. I usually flavour it with tulsi, celery or ajwain leaves.
