Wide legged Seated Lateral bend for Prenatal T2

This beautiful pose helps you to open up chest helping in a better inflow of oxygen towards body and hence to to baby😊 This also helps to give you relief from tightness and cramps on the sides of the body. You can practice this gentle lateral bend and hold for 3-5 breaths. You can also use cushion under knees or hips if needed. I wish during my pregnancy i could get the access to do yoga then my pregnancy would have much more smoother then it was 😌
