Sun soaking today
Me and my boys went for a run for 20mins enjoyed the pink flowers and sun soaked. You know who inspires me to sun soak, my boy chickoo here on the left side in the pic, he loves being in the sun in afternoon, he bathes himself in my balcony everyday after his lunch!

@Ruhi Sachdeva before 11am & between 3-4 pm is okay for our bodies.
please don't do yoga in the sun directly in the summers.
