* sun soaking 10-15mins between 3-4pm or before 11am * Eating fruits * Drink your water 3ltrs or infused water juice ( no sugar) * Kitchen warrior 3 ( 5times) as shown in the bottom pic, you might definitely have distraction challenge is to still focus on yourself ! * Sleep stories at the end of the day on Shyft app home page scroll down to find it.
