Tips to do Surya Namaskar :- • Best done early in the morning on an empty stomach • Practice needs to be combined with breathwork Keep yourself well-hydrated • Warm-up the body gentle with stretching and exercises • Take sufficient breaks while doing multiple rounds • Final relaxation in Savasana or Yoga Nidra is important
