Neck Strengthing and stress releasing stretches

‼️Many of us have a desk job where we have to spend lot of time without moving and also dropping neck down, slouching back and rounding the shoulders. ❗This causes stiffeness in neck, shoulders, upper back and might cause cervical spondylitis issues. 👉Here are few must try stretches that can be done after every one to two hours of continuous desk job. @Manvi Bansal @Rekha krishnamurthy @Amreeta @Bhavana Mallepula Try these out and let me know how you felt you felt😊 Anyone out there having long hours of desk job, try these and feel free to ask any questions.
