The Low Lunge pose has various benefits for the Trimester 2 💜It supports strengthening of the pelvis and opening of the hip joint as a preparation of uterus expansion to make space for the baby. 💜It strengthens the quads and knees. 💜 It improves blood circulation towards legs working towards giving relief in Restless Leg Syndrome which creates uneasiness in the lower body. Here we have the low lunge pose awesomely done by @Deepshikha @Ruma @dr savin yadav @Parul Tyagi @Shejal @Shweta Nigam And lucky to see their consistency and dedication in the practice👏😊
