1. Walking at terrace during sunsets. 2. Feeding my neighborhood street dogs. 3. Journaling my emotions and day 4. Doing skin care 5. Reading books 6. Talking to a loved one 7. Listening to songs while doing chores 8. Listening to podcast while showering. Whenever I do 2-3 of these things in my day I automatically feel amazing😍
