Suppressing hunger cues
I drink water whenever I feel hungry and suppress my hunger cues to lose weight. Is this okay?
Drinking water when you feel hungry at unusual times is a good practice as it helps you in differentiating between your thirst & hunger. But if you still keep feeling hungry take small healthy snacks like fruits, makhana,soaked almonds, carrots, cucumber, curd etc.
Yes I have started picking up cucumber slices when I am hungry
