Will drinking honey lemon water helps in losing weight?
Lemon is a great source of vitamin C so that will help you in keeping your upper respiratory tract infection away, whereas honey, sugar, jaggery they all are the same. So honestly speaking nope it will not help with weight loss. Better option can be soaking 1/4 TSP chia seeds overnight in water and topping it with lemon juice next morning before consumption. The fiber and Omega 3 in chia will definitely help in management of healthy weight.
