As some of don't have time to sit in Sun Or some of us don't like to sit in Sun(like ME😛) but it plays an important role and helps the body to retain and absorb Calcium and Phosphorus. Deficiency: Can lead to loss of bone density Bone pain Muscle weakness Hair loss So, start making it a habit(if you don't have) of sitting in Sun atleast for sometime(morning) Which I am trying to add in my daily routine. @Yashpal Gupta @Namrata @Anshul Sharma @Anita
