Reminders for today🙋🏼‍♀️ ✅Completing 2-3 litres of water🥛 ✅Post five mins walk🚶‍♀️ ✅Spending five mins doing breathwork🧘 In the breathwork start with deep belly breathing, followed by Alternate Nostril Breathing and ending with Humming bee.
