Yummy meal in under 10 minutes

My favorite rice noodles recipe, easy to make and super nutritious: Flash boil rice noodles for about 3-4 mins in boiling salted water. Stir fry garlic, mushrooms, spinach and any veggies of your choice and add soya + oyster sauce. Toss in the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Enjoy 😃 You can even add boiled chicken/shrimp
