Why Asanas Alignment is so important in Yoga

Physical Alignment gives the practitioner something tangible to focus on as they work on achieving great self-awareness and presence. Because the asana practice focuses on the moving body and postures, it's a great way to bring attention to your own body, stay present and draw ur attention inward. Physical Alignment is the correct arrangement of your body parts in different postures. This will help you to improve your blood flow in the targeted area. It also supports the muscles, ligaments and tendons of that area bringing more health, strength, and flexibility So doing the posture in your body limitations, following the modifications or variations given by your coach, and staying in the right alignment is the key element to your healthy practice
