So, here goes the recipe... Ingredients 1 cup finely chopped spinach 2 tsps arrowroot flour 1 tsp white sesame seeds 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/4 tsp chilli flakes( optional) 2 tsps lemon juice 3 Tbsps oil Salt to taste Method: 1. Heat the oil in a kadai 2. Mix the arrowroot flour into the spinach 3. Fry the spinach until golden brown & crispy 4. In the same kadai add the garlic, sesame, chilli flakes & salt 5. Add the spinach & toss until well mixed 6. Top with the lemon juice after transferring into a serving bowl 7. Enjoy πŸ™‚
